How do I book an apartment in Berlin?

Prices – Schöneberg 1 ( 2 – 3 people )

- 1 night - 59 euro (2 people)
- 1 week/7 nights – 380 euro (2 people)
- End of stay cleaning charge (compulsory) is 60 euro 
- 1 extra bed in Schöneberg 2 costs 15 euro per. night. 1 week/7 nights costs 70 euro.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Included in the rent is: linen, 2 towels per. person and internet connection.
Beside this there is a damage deposit of 150 euro. You will of course get the money back if my cleaner tells me that nothing is damaged.

- 1 night - 95 euro (4 people)
- 1 week/7 nights – 565 euro (4 people)
- End of stay cleaning charge (cumpulsory) is 75 euro 
- 1 extra bed in Schöneberg 2 costs 15 euro per. night. 1 week/7 nights costs 70 euro.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Included in the rent is: linen, 2 towels per. person and internet connection.

Reservation – payment

When you have booked your stay you will receive an email which confirms your booking. In this email you will also get information about how to pay. It should be done by bank transfer / internet banking. The final confirmation you will get when you have paid for the days in the apartment. This confirmation will be sent to you in an email as well.
